You can get a small garden shed from Lowes/Home Depot and put in 12″ x 12″ nesting boxes. I think that is the cheapest, easiest and prettiest way to do it.
You could build a 3′ x 6′ x 6′ frame, but make one wall higher so you could slope the roof. Then put in a human door, dog door, 12″ x 12″ nesting boxes.
